Mardi Gras Uptown
Mardi Gras is early this year and our house is filled with the smells of jambalaya and gumbo. My husband loves to throw an annual Mardi Gras party and cooks for days beforehand. Tonight is finally here and we're bustling around to clean, but there's always time for stamping, right??! :-) I found this empty container that I had decorated for Christmas and decided it was ready to change holidays, so here it is done up Mardi Gras-style. The designer paper is called "Uptown" and of course I used my large and small tag punches to make the "celebrate" tag. The stamp is one of those $1 stamps from Michael's that they tempt you with as you're checking out. I knew it would come in handy for just such an occasion as this! Now to go fill it up with beads & coins. Happy Mardi Gras!!!
